Returns

We want to ensure you love our products, and we stand by the quality we provide. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. To address any concerns, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and send them to shop@pepecoin.com. This quick step will help us process your request as efficiently as possible.

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. Please read below for more details on our policies.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All products are made to order specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order anytime before it enters production.

Once your order goes into production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, if you experience any issues with your order upon receipt, you have 30 days to report any quality concerns to us for a possible resolution.

Damaged/Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a quality issue or is damaged, we’re here to help. For the quickest resolution, please include the following in your email to shop@pepecoin.com:

  1. A photograph clearly showing the issue (such as a print error or damaged area).
  2. Your order number.

Make sure photos are taken on a flat, well-lit surface, with any tags or errors clearly visible. This will help us process your request more efficiently.

Refunds Policy

Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If your order qualifies for a refund, you must provide clear photographs demonstrating the issue.

Refund Process:

  • PayPal Orders: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
  • Credit/Debit Card Orders: Refunds will appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once checkout is complete, we cannot cancel or issue refunds for these contributions.
